The CSMT uses an electronic ticketing system for keeping track of work requests from HAO users. Each work request goes to every member of our staff. The staff member with the most expertise and availability will then pick up the work request. This makes it easy for systems administrators and users to keep track of problems and the progress on finding resolutions to them.
For general instruction on using your computer, please contact your supervisor or sponsor first. We ask users to take responsibility for learning how to use the computer and any software applications or tools.
